Important: Coaching staff contact information is sourced from publicly available athletic department websites. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Always verify contact details before sending communications.
To use the Service you must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
One person may not maintain more than one account. Accounts are non-transferable.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Playfolio, including your athlete profile, photos, videos, and statistics ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and store that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
You represent that your User Content is accurate and does not violate any third party's rights. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile, statistics, and academic information. Misrepresenting your credentials to college coaches may violate NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA eligibility rules — that is entirely your responsibility.
Playfolio offers a free tier and paid premium subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to ours.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
We make no guarantee that using Playfolio will result in athletic scholarship offers, college admissions, or any particular recruiting outcome. The recruiting process depends on many factors outside our control.
Coach contact information and program data is sourced from public athletic department websites and may be outdated or incorrect. Verify information before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playfolio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or missed recruiting opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period for legal or operational purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
